We only use your data to serve you: preparing your orders, replying to you, and, if you have asked, sending you our newsletter. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Recipients and processors
Novadesko SRL: design, hosting and maintenance of the site and management software (servers OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (serveur situé en Europe)). Payment providers (Stripe, Mollie, where applicable): payment is entered on their secure page; we never see your card number. NovaDesko invoicing software: invoices and payments, for accounting. European Commission (VIES): verification of VAT numbers of business customers. Google: only if you accept functional cookies, for address autocomplete (Google Places) and fonts.
No data transfer outside the European Union is carried out, except in the case of Google (standard contractual clauses) when you accept it.
4. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. From your customer space, you can correct your data, manage your preferences and delete your account yourself. For any other request, write to info@lesbijouxdemarie.be or by post to the address above; we reply within one month.
If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority: rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.
5. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are irreversibly encrypted, access to the management software is nominative and logged, and the database is backed up daily on a European server.
6. Minors
The online shop is intended for persons aged 18 and over. Minors are welcome in the salon when accompanied.
7. Cookies
The cookies and trackers used are described in the cookie policy. You may change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
8. Changes
This policy may evolve with the site; the update date appears at the top of the page. In the event of a significant change, registered customers are notified by email.
