The workshop
The pralines, truffles, mendiants, tuiles and tablets are produced on site, in small batches, using selected chocolate couvertures and house-made praliné. Recipes change with the seasons and the fruit of the moment.

At Les Bijoux de Marie, each praline is conceived as a jewel: a fine, glossy shell, a heart crafted at the workshop, a box worth keeping. The boutique is located on rue de l'Indépendance in Strépy-Bracquegnies, within the municipality of La Louvière, in the heart of the Centre region.
Here you will find the praline and tablet counter, seasonal creations that mark the year (Valentine's Day, Easter, Saint Nicholas, Christmas, Mother's and Father's Day), home-made pastries and ice creams, and a tasting salon where you may sit down for a hot chocolate, a sundae or a sharing platter.
The boutique
At the counter, you compose your box praline by praline, choose a ready-to-give gift box or collect an order placed online. The team advises, wraps and prepares corporate gifts.
The salon
The tasting salon welcomes leisurely breaks, birthday teas and afternoons with friends: hot drinks, ice creams, pastries, savoury bites and an aperitif menu. Reservations are made via the contact page.

The online shop offers the creations of the moment, for collection at the counter in La Louvière. Corporate orders and centrepieces are prepared on quotation.
